This is pretty cool, I like the 'Performance' substyle on the WindowBlinds theme, the Media Player skin is pretty amazing too. (Y)

Do I have to have windowblinds to use this? Also is it easy to uninstall?

Looks too busy for my personal tastes. I will say it's a well-executed and highly polished finished product though, nice one! :D

There is a 2nd substyle called 'Performance' which is a UIS1 skin so it has normal 4 pixel wide window borders and it doesn't have the 3 extra buttons on the left hand side. Its a lot less busy ;)
