Thanks Kol for reposting, and how about making your own silver compact version of this theme with your tray arrow and DoS compact start menu? I think this theme with this setup in silver would also rock.

btw modifying the shell to Mad_Griffith's Shell Style would also be nice :yes:

Hi, just to let you know that I'm almost ready with the Black Shellstyle (I also fixed the Blue Shellstyle), but I have a slight problem in finding a part of code. I'm talking about the one which regards this (which I accidentally made right editing the Black Shellstyle :p):

I have to say that they are the coolest caption buttons I have seen in a while, especially when pressed.

However I would make the close button only red on hover. Also no compact start menu? A vista style progress bar would have made this theme lovely. The last thing is that I would make the titles on the control panel (e.g. Pick A Category) orange too like is used in the shell style. But that's my opinion...

I have to say, whether you listen to my opinion or not, this is a terrific piece of work and I commend you on it.

The Compact Start Menu is available on LE4.2a, when @Display---->Appearance--->Look at the Font Options where it gives the Compact Start Menu Choice...

em3 had inquired earlier in this long thread about*how* to implement this in a 'more clear way' within the msstyle but thus far no answers...

The part that needs editing in the shellstyle is "CPWEBVW.CSS"

Note though that you cannot use images in these parts, it just colour codes all the way...

Been messing with this theme some more, such as making all the window edges square, changing the button images, changing the tray icon, adding the vista shell, and rearranging the toolbars to make it more slick and professional.

Feedback welcome...
