The taskbar is finished. What I might make changes to is the buttons in the toolbar, mouseover and stuff like that.

@Everyone:

I'm also thinking about making the black style have gray background like Royale instead of the creamy as people call it. What does everyone think of that?

I don't understand.

What is creamy/gray? What background are you talking about?

Ohhh - please NOOOOO!!! This color combination looks already perfect - please dont change it!

Another question: In the black style the taskbar buttons looks like they have a different margin at the top and the bottom!??! So it looks they are not vertically centered on the taskbar?!? Does anyone noticed this too??

For comparison: At KoL?s 5203 Longhorn theme the buttons looks centered...

And is there a chance to remove the 2 pixel height space above the window caption bar, you will get, when you take a screenshot from a whole window...somebody mentioned that already in this thread..

Surely, Mick. I forgot to mention you in my previous post. :o

You have my apologies... I've just dropped a line on the upper part of my page mentioning your name. Sorry.

I appreciate the mention, I'm glad I could help you out. :cool:

@Archangel,

Anyway you can "gloss up" your colored alt.start button? While it looks great, it seems a tad flat looking compared to the cylindrical shading of the task bar. Just a small request if you're in a giving mood one day. :)

i sure will do it! im a perfectionist, that was really nagging me for a while having a 2d image over a 3d one :p but right now im busy working on a website for my dance team :D so i'll be a lil busy until the release tomorrow, until then hold yerr horses

^ Ok, the theme is finished as it is now then I guess.

Although the LE4 is absolutely GREAT, I am so looking forward to your next project. From what I saw I think many more will be blown away by it. CAN WAIT!!!

Oh man, snooze and lose. I would have put my vote in for the grey window treatment. I was just updating a machine this weekend that's running Microsoft's Royale theme. I was thinking that the grey/blue hue of the windows and widgets would compliment the black/blue of the LE4 caption and task bars.

Oh well. You won't hear any complaints from me. LE4's tight.

Please, no. "Creamy" background is one of the foundations of Luna. Without it the reason for calling your style "Luna Element" will be lost in some way. Please, don`t do it. :)

Wow, I seem to be in the minority on this one. Don't get me wrong. LE4 is rad, just as it is. I just don't think em3's suggestion would be a bad one - for the black style. Check it out:post-126370-1126049819_thumb.jpg

    • Microsoft releases Visual Studio Code 1.124 with smarter autonomous AI agents by Paul Hill Microsoft has just released Visual Studio Code 1.124 with a focus on faster agent workflows and improved agent autonomy. Microsoft outlined the following features as the key items in this update: Autopilot: Autopilot, enabled by default, is now smarter to determine when a task is truly done. Background sessions: Quickly send a request in the background and keep composing the next session. Session navigation: Search, jump, and step through agent sessions with the keyboard. Browser history: Revisit and search pages you've already opened in the integrated browser. With VS Code 1.124, Microsoft has enabled Autopilot by default. For those that don’t know, Autopilot is a chat permission level that you can pick to give agents permission to take initiative and act autonomously, without needing explicit user approval for each action. Also related to Autopilot, Microsoft introduced Advanced Autopilot, which changes how Autopilot decides when to keep iterating and when to finish. This helps you get more complete results without manually monitoring loops. This feature works using a small utility model that reads a transcript of the chat and decides when the task is done. Another new feature in 1.124 is the Agents window, which lets you easily explore, iterate on, and review agent sessions across projects and machines. Previously, starting a new agent session meant waiting for it to load before you could compose the next one. With this update, sessions can be requested in the background. This VS Code update also brings session navigation updates to switch between them more quickly. The update also lets you reload or reopen the Agents window so that it no longer loses your layout, so you will land back where you left off. If you use the integrated browser in VS Code, you will notice that it now retains the history of visited pages. Suggestions will now show when typing in the URL bar and can be managed by using Ctrl+H within a browser tab. The browser now also lets you customize the toolbar more; just right-click on the toolbar area to the right of the URL input. Finally, the browser has faster agentic text entry. Another improvement is experimental enterprise-managed Copilot plugin policies that allow admins to centrally control which chat plugins and plugin marketplaces are available to developers. If you have VS Code installed, 1.124 should install automatically, or you'll get a prompt. If you don't have it installed, get it here.
