SUGGESTION>>>>>>

If you look at screenshots of Vista, you will notice that on windows for Documents, the layout is very different!

1.) Their is only a back and forward button

2.) Their is a search and address bar

3.) Their is a bar at the top with the usual sidebar links

4.) Then theirs the file details in the bar at the bottom!

Anyways so far i've seen number 3 implemented into LE4, i would be awesome if someone would be able to mod the style to add those other things!

Uhm, I don't know how you missed it in the first 40 pages or so in this thread, but Luna Element is meant for XP. XP doesn't have the same toolbar layout as Vista, it doesn't have the fancy searchbar, its shellstyle cannot accomodate all the features present in Vista, and it also has no information bar at the bottom. Since XP doesn't have those features, LE4 cannot create or skin them. If you want all that crap, go buy an MSDN subscription and get Vista.

Oh, and the taskbar button image you requested is a PNG. And it does have transparency. Corrupting the msstyles file wasn't anyone's fault but yours.

nah LE3 had the same gimicky graphics that the original luna had!

LE4 is well professional, especially with the LE3 wallpaper and removing alll icons and replacing them with a dock and a couple of widgets!

Hopefully em3 wil make a vista version of LE, with some transparency and stuff ;)

Hmm. A mod probably deleted the accusations. :) Here is a response anyway.

This is ridiculous. I have not ripped KoL's theme. If I ripped anything I ripped it from the Vista jpg screenshots I found. But the truth is that everything in LE4 that looks like Vista has been recreated to ensure quality, none of the pixels are most likely not an exact match to either Vista or KoL's VistaXp, but I bet no one has checked that. :p I did not use KoL's VistaXp as ground work in Stylebuilder either, I used LE3.

Any LE4 styled stuff being created? Logoff/Shutdown Dialogs? The Logon screen?

I've taken the whole Luna Element style under my wing and begun to base all my work on it, so far i've made:

A IPB Forum Skin

A whole website skin

Custom version of LE4, mixed with own Logon screen and extras to make Windows Element!

Hopefully i can make some more stuff soon!

@ em3 -

Do you think you will be making an LE5 for Vista??? perhaps using a little trasnsparency, but still the sharp garnish blues and greens!

Where are those? I'd like to see the IPB skin and web site. I bet they look sweet.

    • Wow, imagine you dump hundreds of hours into completing things and unlocking stuff and you lose it all. Back in the day when cheats were built into games, you could at least unlock things again that way without spending hundreds of hours again. But those days are long gone for some reason as no one builds cheats into games anymore. So it's even more painful that studio that's on its 6th installment **** it up so badly.
    • Spotify finally removes the disco ball app icon in the latest update by Ivan Jenic Image: Spotify Spotify has just released an update that removes its now infamous disco ball icon. The update reverts the app icon to the familiar flat green logo after weeks of mixed reactions online. The icon arrived on May 13 as part of the company's 20th anniversary celebration and was always intended to be temporary, though Spotify only confirmed that after the backlash started. The disco ball took the internet by storm, as the reception was split. A vocal group of users called it ugly and disorienting, with some iOS users noting that the 3D glowing effect made the app look like it was stuck mid-update. On the other end, the icon picked up a following of its own. Its retro, three-dimensional look immediately stood out against the flat, minimalist aesthetic that has dominated app design for years. It even started a small movement, spawning what people started calling "discomorphism," a mashup of disco and skeuomorphism. Other brands started posting disco ball versions of their own logos, probably in an effort to ride the wave of memes that flooded the internet during late May. Spotify has had a turbulent relationship with its user base lately. Besides the disco ball icon, which certainly wasn't appreciated by everyone, the company has also received backlash for its willingness to include AI-generated music on its platform. On May 17, Spotify promised the old icon would return “in a few weeks.” And now it looks like that time has finally arrived. So, whether you liked the disco ball or it made you uncomfortable, it’s now gone for good. The next time you update the Spotify app on your phone, the old, flat-design icon will return.
