I found useful solution: Febian's Flash Blocker for Opera 8.X. It's like as FireFox extension FlashBlock.

How it's works

=========

Flash plugin is still activated but instead of loading and running the flash object when the page loads, Opera displays a black area with word "FLASH". When you click on black area with word "FLASH" Opera start loading (from internet) and playing the flash object. It's useful to speed up browsing (relieving Opera of loading the flash plugin in addition).

Installation

=======

1. Install new User CSS:

http://opera.nsk.su/?show=css&id=17

2. Install new UserJS:

http://opera.nsk.su/?show=ujs&id=1

3. Activate user CSS no_flash_ujs.css
