can anyone help me find source code to make a Windows taskbar toolbar, in any language.

By Windows taskbar toolbar i mean the toolbars that appear on your taskbar and are controlled by right-clicking the taskbar and selecting an option from the toolbars menu list.

IIRC, there is no source code for such a thing. I could be wrong, but there is no source code for anything that comes w/ Windows.

You're looking for the COM interface IDeskBand. Microsoft have sample code in the MSDN library. They also provide a complete working sample (for IE primarily but will also work on shell) called KBBar.
