Best NCAA football games this weekend?

Recommended Posts

Florida(#7) vs. Tennessee(#4) - I have a feeling Florida and Tennessee is gonna be the game of the week. Chris Leake is the best QB in the country. UT won't know how to stop him. Florida by 10.

FSU(#16) vs. Boston College(#17) - The noobs of the ACC get their shot at the big dogs. I have to say BC looks like a fav in this one. BC by 3.

Clemson(#20) vs. Miami(#13) - Being a huge Clemson fan, I gotta feel good for my boys, considering the Tigers beat Miami in their house last year. With an experienced Senior QB for the Tigers and a Freshman QB for Miami, we won't know till it's over. The Tigers in a close one. Link Clemson by 3.

Alabama vs. South Carolina - Carolina has won 2 straight against the SEC - West power, but injuries and probation has killed Bama recently. I see a re-vamped Bama team with the #2 run-D in the country. Bama in a squeaker.

Notre Dame(#10) vs. Michigan State - I, just like everyone else, am very suprised at the Irish, and their very fundamental game. They methodically whooped Michigan and Pitt, without having many mistakes. I don't think they'll have many this weekend either. ND by 14.

Miami and Clemson game will be a very good, contested game. I still believe that Miami will come out with the win.

Oh, and by the way, don't be surprised if Michigan St. goes into South Bend and beats Notre Dame. Michigan St. is by far, better than the other two teams that Notre Dame played (yes, better than Michigan). Their QB completed 21-26 passes and their overall offense is well balanced. Oh, lets not forget Michigan St. is the all-time winningest team at Sound Bend with 11 victories.

Florida and Tennessee should be a good game. I will be pulling for the Vols, but like Lee Corso said, having 2 QB's is having no QB.

BC and Florida St. should give a pretty good defensive showdown in that game. I picked Florida St. to win, but I wouldn't be surprised to see BC win, especially on astro turf.

I think there will be a helluva game in Death Valley tomorrow. Hopefully my Tigers will pull it out.

I really won't be surprise if MS beats ND, this is still early in the college football season, so ND still may be a fluke (remember '03, or was it '02). Truthfully, I hope Mich. State beats them, but ND seems like a whole new animal this year.

Believing in anything Lee Corso says will get you in trouble fast. But, I have to agree Fla. should win.

I still see BC win in a close one and Bama over SC in a close one.

man, i've never seen a michigan team so beat up....5 starters on offense gone. we are the ones supposed to be doing the hurting, not the other way around. at least we can get back on track this week before heading to madison next week.

man i have a big smile on my face right now. although i don't like MSU, being that it's out of conference play, i pretty hate ND more than anybody. so glad to see them lose.

and wow, oklahoma has just about hit rock bottom. i have never seen such a horrible qb in my entire life...and AD really isn't all day anymore now that he doesn't have a 17th year senior QB behind him.

i'm still waiting for you guys to play a real team.  you only beat maine by 18 :p

...and Ohio St. barely beat San Diego St. as well. The point is, just because the team is named Maine doesn't mean they are bad. We are still undefeated, which is what matters.

SDSU is actually a decent team, and has been for several years....you know that.

maine on the other hand....lol. like i said, next week ;)

you think you guys have a shot? or how many do you think you'll lose by?

    • Thanks for liking it! 😊 That's Arch Linux with Gnome.
    • LOL. Can't even quote and edit a comment correctly. Figures you're a Linux user.
    • It won't perform hugely better than the 3080 unless you're VRAM limited in games. Have you tried putting new thermal pads on them 3080 and giving it a good clean to see if you can regain your temps and overclock?
