That's right ... 179.4 cents a liter!!! (American's that would beCAD 789.36 cents a gallon aka $6.75 70/100th US a gallon) ...

Just filled up at $0.95.

But they told me that Sarnia is at $1.92 and Windsor is at $1.87 so London will be higher.

Yikes!

Cars are lined up down the streets, the roads are empty and everyone is getting gas. This is insane.

This was from A-Channel London News ... with the Hurricane coming, they are clearning off Oil Rigs in the ocean, and that will cause stoppage of oil and they say by the middle of next week could be $2/lt in Ontario (TO, London, KGW/C, Ottawa etc) and less in the other provinces...

I'm so glad I don't drive...

like 6 hours ago, I saw it at 94.7, now people are saying it's up a dollar more....that's just insane, people WON"T buy gas, they will drive till they're dead now....it's like saying here's a new X360 at $499...oh wait, now it's $998

no one will stop driving, i would still be out there even if the price of gas would go up to 3.00-4.00$ and so would most ppl

no most people are middle class, and can't afford gas and insurance on a car.

I take public transit, but I mean, I know people that need a car to commute to work because public transit doesn't cover that far away. It sucks for them since they have to be able to afford going to work every day. It just means that they have to cut back on certain things. It's kind of sad once you think about it. :s

OH MY GOSH!

Shell Stratford Ontario (about 45min from where I live) was at 225.0 at 7:54 this morning! Good golly Miss Molly!

I'm glad I walk to work. I"ll let you know the prices in my small 3200 person town when I walk past the shell today.

I'd like to see other ppl post their gas prices.

Do it somthing like City/Town is at ###.#/liter (95% of the World) or /gallon (US)

That's unreal!!!! Although when Hurricane Katrina hit a local gas station in VA immediately jacked their price from $2.95/gal to $5.89/gal and people actually paid that much for it. I can't wait to see what Hurricane Rita does to the price at the pump.

Gas is still 109.9 here this morning ... I'm not sure when or if the prices are going to be that extreme. :|

[Edit] By the way I'm up in Sudbury Ontario. EVERY gas station is super crowded and the attendants are directing traffic becuase everyone is fighting to get gas at this price.

    • I missed this when you first posted it, but those are awesome icons! I would normally prefer things to be uniform, but each of those icons seems to fit perfectly for the game! If I may ask though, what was your thought process on which icons are circular - MK makes sense - and which ones should be rectangular or square?
    • What I like about Paint is using it almost exclusively for cropping and resizing images I get elsewhere--it's quick, easy and cheap... I keep it glued to my taskbar, in fact. Also, the clipping tool comes in handy, as well (hit print scrn on the keyboard and it activates immediately.)
    • I still remember it fondly today. It was so cool to work in 64-color Half Bright mode and 4.096-color HAM mode (interlaced) when x86 was still in 4-color CGA or 16-color EGA low res. C= never realized what it had until it was far too late--the failure of C= was the failure of its top management. The C= Amiga was 20 years ahead of its time, I always thought. It didn't hurt that in only 512k of chip memory, the Amiga could preemptively multitask when Apple was still doing gray scale graphics on tiny screens and along with everyone else was doing cooperative multitasking (running more than one app at a time in resident memory, but you could only run one of them at a time--had to manually switch between them.) I had a ball with AREXX scripting running between programs that had AREXX ports so that when you sent other applications data and instructions, those running applications could process the same in real time to output! Memories...
    • I'm not sure about that, but it at least "does" a version of 7.1 that this brand new card doesn't....
