LOL your computer desktop must be a mess :p

Actually I'm the opposite when it comes to desktops. I'm a minimalist :p

I just think Categories and Folders (in 4.0) look ugly, even if it's a great idea. Besides, people put some good effort into creating these icons, I don't think they deserve to be hidden away. I just need to delete apps more often lol.

Haha. I guess so. TBH I find any icons that are based on the default "square" look to be absolutely hideous. I don't know why so many iPhone themers (especially over on macthemes) insist on it. I'd love to see more people make regular icon themes from scratch on the iPhone. As it is, I'm just happy to use the Oxygen theme from KDE, lol.

My Nexus 1 running FroYo (and downloading Flash) :D

is there a free android app to take screen captures for a unrooted phone? every app I have found is only for rooted versions.

The ddms tool in the sdk lets you take screenshots on non-rooted phones. It doesn't seem to work with my 2.2 device but the ddms plug in in Eclipse does the trick.

I can't figure out how to get into it with the android sdk. Since i updated to 2.1, none of the walkthroughs match up correctly lol. using sprint htc hero

Shakey what's the battery widget on the left on screen:

?

The new HTC Battery Widget. If you have a HTC phone, when you go into widgets, at the top there is the selection for "Get more HTC widgets".

I have folders for different media using Categories.. Which btw will still be better than the default 4.0 folders if apple keeps it as is in the beta.

Yeah, doesn't the 4.0 OS limit the amount of icons you can have per folder? WHY?!?! I don't know why Apple insist on putting stupid, pointless restrictions on the OS. Categories FTW!!!

    • I just started using Teams (and “New” Oiutlook) at work (instead of Slack) and both are truly abysmal pieces of software.
