Where does everyone get these nice sleek desktops. The ones that kevcart3 and Gossard have.

I keep seeing them, but can never find them, what do I google for 'nice easy on the eyes pics' brings up lots of VERY friendly people :p

Um, you know you can play CS:S in Linux right?

Not much of a CS fan, but CS, HL2 and steam run great with cedega.

But you have to pay for cadega don't you? I've found an article on how to get it run using WINE once. I got half way through and then sutff happened in life so I had no time.

You can compile Cedega from CVS, it lacks safedisc and other cd copyright protections but it works FINE with Steam.

Ok, thanks. I'll definately look into that.

How do you make your bars transparent like that?

@ Mindburnt, I'll edit this post with link info in a bit. It's on deviantart, if I can't find it I'll upload it.

@ aka5ha, It's an option in ubuntu, right click on the bar, properties, then use 'solid colour' but move tranparency to full so the solid colour doesn't show up.

edit: mindburnt I'll pm you with a link to it as I've edited it so it didn't have the copyright on and I can't find it on deviantart again.

Theme is OpusOS from the Fluxmod package

Background is from the gentoo-artwork package

Default Torsmo config(I just compiled it again and haven't messed with it yet)

Amarok Theme is reinhardt with KDE colors.

Fresh Ubuntu install (apt-getted from server install)... Only has xfce; guess you could call it Xubuntu :D
