I think I'll be sticking with linux, I spent far too long on CS:S and I really need to get away from that game. I've found an article on how to get it run using WINE once. I got half way through and then sutff happened in life so I had no time. It's on deviantart, if I can't find it I'll upload it. @ aka5ha, It's an option in ubuntu, right click on the bar, properties, then use 'solid colour' but move tranparency to full so the solid colour doesn't show up. edit: mindburnt I'll pm you with a link to it as I've edited it so it didn't have the copyright on and I can't find it on deviantart again.
