oh and by the way this looks very good, im not much of a skinner so i didn't completely get what Kol said there about the size of the image, im guessing it has to do with maximzing the window?

He was talking about the width of the window. With the image that is in use here, if anyone was to maximize the window, that image would tile and we'd have more than just two shiny parts and the extras wouldn't look good at all. Conversely, if someone was to narrow the window, it would cut off one of the two shiny sides which also would not look very good.

I'm guessing that to remedy this little problem, a tiler image could be set in the middle area where it's all that one darker grey color. Not sure how good it would work, though, as I've never done a skin in my life.

What's different between the two?

I like this titlebar better than the previous, but have you address the problem that would have plagued the previous iteration? If so, godspeed. If not, then you should make that your top priority, as it will just come back to kick you in the ass as a bug.
