Design my business card for $10

Question

I would offer more, but I pretty much have all the graphics that I want to use here for you. This will be a 2-sided card. A business card's specs are 2.0in x 3.5in. One the front, I would like to have the picture of me (shrunk, ofcourse), my logo, and the contact information. On the back, I would like to list the services I offer, as well as the contact information again. I have shown you my current business cards below so you know the information I want to put on there, as well as my picture. I welcome any extra creativity you might want to throw in or implement into the design if you feel it would make it better. Also, if someone could come up with a cool-computer-ish background for the card, that would be great, too. I am hoping to get a design sent off this week to be used. Thanks for all your help!

PS: I prefer to pay through PayPal, but if you need it some other method, then I suppose to can try to do that.

thanks...

Like I said, it is really just a matter of placing what where and resizing it. Everything you need to put in is already there.

It looks good what you have done...question though...

Is there a way you could take the main logo (Computer Helper-Making Your PC Friendly) and make it larger above my head?

Also, on the back of the card - is there perhaps some way we can make it look less empty on the right side, like maybe somehow even the left and right up...perhaps split it 5 and 5, or something...I don't know. Just throwing ideas out, but the front looks great, other than wanting to have the logo a little larger and higher up.

i can make your logo bigger but the back of the card i tried to put them side by side but there is so much information there and the only way they fitted was a REALLY small font size

Edit: Here is the front bigger

Edit 2: Instead of changing the total size i quished it sideways but im not sure if you will like it

Couple more things...

Perhaps on the front, could we put toward the bottom "(Services listed on back)" so that they will know for sure to turn the card over? I, myself do not typically look @ both sides of a card, but if this will look tacky, then we could avoid it, but I thought that it would be sure to draw their attention to both sides of the card.

Also, here is the original logo without my name in it if you want to use to to make the logo bigger above my head:

In Adobe Illustrator

In JPEG format (you have to do a right-click, and Save As on the link)

You are getting there, I will get with you on the back of the card in a few...

But on the front, I don't consider my name to be a part of the logo...so if you want, you can move my name out beside my face more, and leave the logo up top a little bigger. But it is coming along great...thanks!

Ok, I definetely like it with the "services listed on back"

Now, can we take my name and move it down a little and to the left of my face, more centered with my face...

Also, on the back, I am still getting a few other opinions, but can we change the "Virus Detection and Removal" to "Virus & Spyware Removal"?

EDIT: Can we move my head up a little bit how you had it on the original job so that my chin is not cut off?

Ok, I think we are almost there...

Now, is there anyway my head might be a little smaller on the front so that you can see a little bit of my neck. I like it on the left, but I feel like it is cut off just a little too close to my chin.

Also, can we make the "Services Listed on the Back" font smaller, like almost as if it were a small footnote?

The back I think is pretty much solid and ready to go...it's just a little bit on the front. Btw, I am getting feedback from about 10 people on what I should do, so that is why I am being kind of particular.

Ok, I really really like this one...and everyone else that I have shown it to agrees as well. I am going to give it a couple of hours to get a few more opinions, then decided this evening...but judging by the fact that no one else has put in any effort, you will probably get the money. I will be back on between 9-10PM EST to see if there were any other attempts, but yours will be hard to top. Thanks!

PS: Did you do these in Adobe PS to where I can get the files if I choose yours? Thanks!

y0sh, it look's good though...thanks for the effort...

Kaneso...one last request. Is there anyway you might be able to show my whole head like y0sh did my pic with a little shoulder's in it? I understand that you might have to resize the logo, but I am just interested in seeing how/if you could do it. I like how you can see my whole head, but if you cannot do that, I understand. Either way, it looks like you will be the winner...let me know if you can give it a try...thanks!

    • But building your own.. what? You can't build anything like the Steam Machine yourself. Even trying to get close costs a good deal more. Even just the CPU cooler in their price comparison is as big as the entire Steam Machine. If you want a regular gaming PC, then by all means, build that. If you want a a small console-like PC for the living room that is good for gaming, I'm not sure what else is a better deal. In the GN review, they only mentioned a small form factor Dell, which is like twice the size and hundreds of dollars more expensive.
    • Those are some popular multiplayer games. But hardly "all". Just those that don't work on Linux currently due to specific anti-cheat implementations. I think it's also fair to point out the literally thousands of games that don't work on the PS5. And it's not locked at 1080p. That's the default, which you can change.
    • Ubuntu Livepatch arrives on Arm64 to eliminate system reboots for kernel updates by Paul Hill Canonical has just announced that its Livepatch service now supports computers with Arm64 processors. For those who are not familiar, Livepatch allows users to apply important kernel updates without any service interruption or rebooting. While home users will benefit from this, it’s even more important for critical machines that absolutely should not be going offline at all. The feature is available as part of Ubuntu Core 26 for Arm64 and Ubuntu Core 20 and onwards for AMD64. According to Canonical, this will improve the security of systems that aren’t security-maintained daily or weekly, and it helps organizations work towards Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance. If you are familiar with Ubuntu, you probably know that most packages can be updated without having to restart the system. There is one big exception to this, and that’s the kernel; it typically requires you to reload the system to boot into the new kernel. With Livepatch, Canonical has done something so that you don’t need to restart to begin using the new kernel. Aside from Ubuntu Core 26, users with Arm64 chips running Ubuntu 26.04 LTS can also use Livepatch. If you want to learn more about Livepatch, check out its product page. There, you can also find a button to join Ubuntu Pro (it’s free for several home devices) so that you can enable Livepatch. By linking your computer to Ubuntu Pro, you will also extend the life of your Ubuntu install from five years to ten years. If you are running Ubuntu, let us know in the comments if you have been looking forward to this feature on your ARM-based computer. If you’ve had a compatible AMD64 machine for a while and never used this feature, let us know why in the comments!
