The beta is available now for people to take a look at the update coming

to Steam that changes the look and feel to accommodate more games. If

your MOD is in the list, take a look at the text and screenshots, and

then e-mail me directly if you'd like to make any changes.

To run the beta, start Steam from a command prompt with a command line

like this:

steam -clientbeta betaui

The beta period is going to be fairly short, so if you find any

problems, head on over to the page on the VDC and add any bugs you find.

^Even at that mode, the whole huge bar and really big borders make the interface look very bloated.

And they don't have the bandwidth Monitor window, atleast not yet, I hope.

I do agree with you there, the boardes app wide are too large.

I dont mind if the dont follow windows conventions, I just wish they had a nicer colour scheme. The apps supposed to support it (themes) but they never really used it besides the silver one (which I used but made the icons look like crap)
