Hey,

I dont feel like browsing the entire topic for this. I found something that might be a bug.

In SOME applications when howering or clicking on the upper menu (File, Edit, View, etc.)

the spot behind the text becomes discolored. I append a picture which describes the problem.

I foudn this problem in WMP, WML (Windows Messenger Live), Miranda IM...

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I just figured out how to fix the menu bar color problem today. It's not part of the style itself, it's part of the theme file and somehow it's set to the wrong color.

Go to Display Properties | Appearance | Advanced. From the "Item" pulldown select "Menu" and click "Color 1"

The colors provided by the style itself should show up in the bottom 4 boxes of the simple pallette that pops up. Selecting the farthest to the left should fix it.

Bug that annoys me with Black Mesa v2 is that it doesn't show up under the "Windows and buttons" pulldown like the rest of my visual styles (even 3rd party), I have to get to it using the included theme. Anybody know how to fix this?

P.S. I modded Black Mesa v2 a bit to my own liking in terms of fonts used (I found them a bit large/cumbersome and that W's got chopped off in the Start Menu, etc.) and a few other minor details. If anyone's curious, I've uploaded it here.

P.P.S. What ever happened to valkyre and Black Mesa v3? Is he okay? Does anybody know?
