I am sure they will let you redirect it to yoru current site. Though i have never used Yahoo for domain registering, I dont see why they would not let you.

I got a Yahoo domain a bit ago and I'm currently locked out of my setings :| won't let me log on and I've e-mailed the multiple times and tried finding a phone # to call. Can't find a phone # that isn't "Sales Only" and the e-mails I get back are just stupid they tell me things like to check my computer for spyware when I told them in the e-mail I have tried loging in from multiple computers.

You're not required to use their hosting to register for a domain at the $2.99 price (unlike GoDaddy), I snagged a bunch of domains using this offer.
