Hey guys I'm at school so I can't download it but can anybody tell me what settings you think my computer can run this on with 1280x1024 and 1024x768 resolution?

My computer is in my signature on the bottom.

Thanks,

Lol my first class is a little to loose on how we can use the computers thats all. I do my work rather fast compared to the other kids and get a little free time cause of it thats all. Besides given the chance wouldn't anybody in school surf the internet if they could?

the graphics are pretty incredible.

i was particullarly impressed by when your in the tunnel and you walk outside of it, your blinded by the light, but slowly, your vision adjusts. i dont know if any other game has utilized this, but i just noticed it for the first time in this demo. hdr lighting is very impressive.

i ran it on a:

Dell 9300: 1.7 pentiumM/ 512 mb/ 6800 Go

with

1440x900/ Most Settings on High/ Lowest Water Refletion Setting/ 2x AA/ 4x AF

got a consistent 15-20 frames per second, which would rise into the 30's occasionly.

all in all, great job valve... looks like aftermath is gonna be a treat! (granted I update my laptop by that time, heh)
