Add a picture to a post / upload?

I think I'm reaching my quote of questions. :)

When I try to do a post I can find no option to actuall add a picture to the post. Eg. Upload picture to forum server and display it in the post.

Pretty sure I have seen other sites running phpBB and do have a picture upload / add to post. :unsure:

Unless I'm mistaken, you need to install a mod to allow uploading of pictures; it doesn't come by default with phpBB.

You need the Attachment Mod (Clicky) it is quite a big to job to install put they do a Vanilla Board were it is already in a phpBB Package.

there is also an imageshack mod where users can upload an image to imageshack directly from your site. its pretty neat. once its uploaded it will open in a new window and then the user can copy the code from imageshack. its working on my board at http://www.gfx-underground.com/phpbb/ if you want to see it
