NFS Most Wanted cds converted to dvd possible?

Is it possible to convert my need for speed most wanted cds to dvd? If so how?

yes its possible

i did it a million times

don't have excact direction, but its very easy to figure out

there are 4 cds

make temp folder

check each cd if there is compressed.zip file, if the same file is present on all cds, unzip it, combine all of them, and zip them up

note: if files are diffrent, don't combine them

start copying all cd 4 to cd1 to temp folder (remmember about the compressed.zip files

burn it with what ever label you want

don't need orca for this, EA games are very easy to convert

thats why i keep my original cd to play

and use the dvds for install, its allot better to install of dvd

Well, this doesn't work.

i copied all 4 cds into one folder, and made an iso out from this folder, after the install arrives at 100%, it asks to insert disk #2, cancelling the setup will uninstall the whole.

i used as label "NFSMW_DISC1", any other idea ??

Ok, I found a way to convert them to CD

in addition to the copying of the 4 CD's to one folder, you need also to change the common_filelist.txt file, by changing the number of the 3 lines at the end from 2 3 4 to 1, so the file should look like this:

1,1,Support\European Help Files\*.* /s
1,1,Support\*.*
1,1,eauninstall.exe
1,1,server.dll
1,1,server.cfg
1,1,speed.exe

in this way you can install from DVD, but still you need the 1st CD in the drive to play...

forgot to mention that part

in every EA game, if there is common_filelist.txt open the file and edit the first number from 2,3,4 to 1

first number stands for CD number
