Gosh, you can just download Jemaho's 5203 style yourself (upon which this was ripped) and then edit the start button.

And I think you go out of line here, you edited Aero5203 and Vista 0.2 + added KoL's bitmaps buttons and never asked him or me for permission, that's why I kindly asked you to remove the visual style, which you did, remember, we had a chat about that and if needed I still have the preview you sended me when you got into troubles with your startmenu with Style Builder opened saying Aero5203 was in edition in it.
