Okay, added the new icons (thanks Smitjel) for providing them. This version has the new "tango" caption bg's and buttons, also colored the scrollbars, progress bars to match.

note: The "tango" caption bg is far from complete, so you will more than likely find bugs in it, but I promise I am working on it :D

Excellant update. However, the dotted line separator at the Start Menu does not look good. A Styler toolbar would a fantastic addition. A matching logon could be a welcome luxury. Thank you for the great effort so far.
