Every web page he visits has a white background even if the website has another color background. This problem occurs in both IE and the newest version of Firefox. He is running Windows XP. I have no idea what is wrong with his computer/settings, can someone help me out. JoDaddy Posted December 30, 2005 Share Posted December 30, 2005 Simple question - Have you made sure there's no more files left in the temp folders? Also, make sure the internet connection is stable. If it's wireless, sometimes the connection can be interuptted and not load the entire page.
