Nice, but a couple of suggetions:

-more noticable difference between active and inactive winows

-if you are already using a small start button, resize the captions to fit the small button (big blank space between start and quick launch)

-compact start menu :p

Like it, but you should work on a different start button.

Also the Close button should cover the entire top right of the window. Possibly hover effects on a couple more elements as well.

As i've already told you on DA I really like this vs!

I would opt for a somewhat bigger titlebar (only a little bit). And the help button in the title bar is not working (look for example at the mouse properties in control panel).
