Recommended Posts

I never thought I'd be using an HD monitor as a PC screen, well after a week of research I found my monitor

37" Westinghouse HD monitor running at 1920x1080 :|

Everyone said that black would be the killing point on this monitor, but once you turn the brightness down, you dont see bleeding.

You needed a 37" HDTV on your desk? What's wrong with a Dell 2405FP?

The quality is MUCH better then the Dells. My Dad bought 2 of them(24") and the picture quality of the westing blows the Dells out of the water. I had to turn 2x AA on DoDS off to have it run at 40fps at native rez.

The Westing is about the price of 2x Dell 24ers"

Dual DVI inputs with HDPC support, 2x Component inputs. BTW the contrast is 800:1 not 600:1 like on Best Buys site.

Would bought the minute i saw it in the store-the thing that stopped me is HD-DVD/Blu-ray is coming out in near future and WestingHouse missing HDMI port... i didn?t want to run DVI-2-HDMI adapter for Satellite/Dish or HD-DVD player, cause that means i would have to use regular D-sub/VGA port for monitor-aint happing in 200:cool:l:

btw, if i'm not mistaken Response Time is 12 ms...
