Poor Joni_78

You have stole MS start button from Vista. I think Bill Gates agrees since you ripped from MS so much.

Poor Joni_78, you are so foolish.

Yes it's based on blue start button from Vista, but I did a lot of work to get it perfect green. If you don't know how to use Photoshop, then please don't take stuff from other themes and use in your themes without credits displayed.

... And poor jgtll got his own thread locked. Seriously, what a petty retaliatory comment.

Anyway, good job with your current release, Joni_78. Dark blue is awesome.

Freakin Sweet!!!!

Dude, now all we need is the wider Vista style max/min/close buttons you had and this theme is DONE!

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

Those are done also aero style start menu is finished.

Joni_78,

Found what may be a problem with the expand and collapse glyphs. When you expand, collapse, and expand again, they don't redraw properly unless the point in question is pushed off of the screen by the expansion.

I'll fix that for the next version.

Looks great! :D How about a thin taskbar option?

I'll think about it.

Second, is it possible to make start button wider to the left and right from win logo?

I have included picture of what I was talking about.

Regards,

I believe you can do that yourself by editing the ini file for that sub-style. ResEdit or ResHacker will get the job done and they're both free.

im interested in doing this myself, does anyone know which line to edit exactly?

You're looking for the section called Start::Button. I believe the line to edit under that section is called SizingMargins. By my count, for version 1.0.6 of this VS, it resides on line #1554. Just what values you change depends on what you're trying to accomplish.
