Motion also works like this. Ever stare at a waterfall, and when you look away, it seems everything is moving up? Or, ever stare out of a moving train, and when the train stop, it seems like you are moving backwards?

Ive got a good one for ya. Get on a website with lots of images in a row going down. Like 50 images or so or just ALOT of text that you can track. You might wanna go with some high post count Fark thread or maybe a...*coughcough*. Anyways middle click your mouse and set it on a good rate (scroll compleatly covering the screen in less then 5 seconds.) and just sit back and just look at or try and read a bit of whatever comes up)

Now look away....eww coool.
