hope you don't mind if put up 2 of my start buttons here, I am quite proud...

Good work. I like the buttons a lot. It just doesn't fit the theme well.

Also, I can't get the Display Properties to recognize the 5.1 theme. Whether its in a sub folder under the themes folder, or just in the themes folder.

This is a tiny bit off topic, but has a "Vista Element" ever been talked about?

Nice try, but that just looks like LE5 with Transparency and a Vista Explorer Menu Bar. People often confuse Glass with Transparency, it's not the same.

Having said that though, I can't wait till there are more themes available for Vista because there's very little to choose from at the moment. 5 years in the making and they could only give us Aero which requires uber graphics!

I made a square version of the shellstyle and fixed some transparency problems (in Nvidia Control Panel). Download HERE...

This should be the last update. :D

So, I love the new theme. But, I like seeing my userpic in the start menu.

I know em3 has already stated there will be no new version with this included, so, does anyone want to let me know how to mod this for myself? What do I need to change, and more importantly, what software can I use to do so? :pinch:

Recently, oddbasket made a VS that he released on this site. The newest edition has a substyle with a compact version. With just 5 small tweaks this substyle can be made to look as is shown in the screen shot. This provides a nice alternative for those of you who are patiently waiting for em3 to release his new version of the Black substyle. This is a WindowBlinds version of the style as I am a huge fan of the product.

      I really wonder if this has to do with the built in VPN or "private DNS" of browsers that trip up legal requirements like cookie consent and Cloudflare (to avoid all the botnet attacks we get). And BTW some botnets still manage to get past Cloudflare, we are constantly having to tweak it to block malicious traffic that ultimately cause a DDoS.

      CPPC states can also be messed around with in most UEFI settings but aren't as robust as the ones that the Windows Scheduler can provide! Make sure you look into what your motherboard also has before customizing for the Windows Scheduler.
