No one has a solution for that. If you dont want to be PM-ed about it just post a desk with a NFR tag on it or just deal with it. Simple as that. You wont get permission for releasing a mod :)

i dont know whatz up with not letting relase the mod, dont get me wrong i respect your position but i dont get it...if it happens to be a whole redesing of the skin but its just a simple mod for people who like another color besides orange, but as i said i respect capric0rn position

If people want different colors etc they can do that themselfs. I cant make 20 different version for everyone just because they dont like a color. And people can use mods for personal use only. It's been that way since LE 1.
