im just surprised there hasn't been any start button mod posts for it yet haha. was a lot for the past LE themes but thanks for making the black version cap

Awwwww how sad :(

Just kidding ;) Maybe you'll like the Superman Blue LE version. There's a screenshot from it a few posts back :)

@kincade: I'm glad I was able to finish it for the people that wanted the skin :)

I think it has been horrible since forever. The moment luna introduced vista styled min max close buttons was the moment I considered it officially garbage.

Secondly, when the window is not focused, who the hell decided inversing the gradient texture of the title bar was the appropriate thing to do? It looks flat and the colors are horrid when the window is not focused.

Lastly, the colors are so vibrant that it's hard to look it. It should be toned with ... a less vibrant blue should be used and the skin pretty much can't be helped so don't even take my advice, the skin is ****ed.

LE Blue got 55,191 Downloads. These Users can't be wrong  ?!

Luna Element 5 from Tornado was easily one of the favorites of users everywhere. With a clean UI that blends XP and Vista together seamlessly, Luna Element makes our list of one of the best skins of 2006. LE 5.1 released in January of this year keeps the updates going.

With Capric0rn's LE Black the Success Story continues  .

But like em3 said: "You can never satisfy everyone".

Edit.

Ok wtf....where is this visual style to be found? I am not searching 200 pages of this thread just to find it. Why doesn't a Moderator edit the first post to have the link to it? :|

i was wondering when someone asks this

but there is so many wonderful things to discuss in this greatest-vs-topic-mix, then post a link (even on lunanet.net or whatever site u got, dudes - i was chekcing it - no link LOL)

i was ALWAYS thinking why do ppl like this style so much ... not far from a basic luna, smoother and glossier

[positively]

Check lunaelement.net again. I made a thread their as well ofcourse ;)

People if you want LE v5.1 Black you can click my signature to go to my deviantART page. I'll ask em3 if he can post a link in the first post :)

That is very nice Peter. Any chance of a Black button with Green on Hover/Pressed?

I don't have it black, maybe I will make soon

Can you please release the bitmap for that? I really love it.

Also, would you mind making that same green for black version 5.0.5?

    • I just started using Teams (and “New” Oiutlook) at work (instead of Slack) and both are truly abysmal pieces of software.
