Surely if you've sent him emails and not had any response in a few weeks it's safe to release it.

Then if he does get in contact and says he doesn't like it then you can remove it.

I don't see the need in tip toeing around this copyright crap, it's only a VS made by someone in their bedroom.

It's really not good that style like your will not be released,becouse if you look at this site allmost all style are modify,so no wait,just release it.

sry i dont get wat ur trying to say, and if other people release mods without permission, its their fault, and i dont believe in breaking copyright rules, and disrespecting the original's artists work. a mod is a mod no matter how pretty or ugly it is

luna vx grey is out so mods must be alright come on!!!

It'd probably be easier to contact the creator of the grey VX mod and ask to make a pack with just a bunch of recolorings.

Waiting on this release is like waiting for the world to end... you know it's going to happen, but you're not sure when.

      Well I've done a grand total of nothing, and it now clocks between 2010mhz and 1995mhz (stock is 1710mhz) and hovers around 80c, warmer than it used to, but tolerable clocks seem to have returned. Thanks for all the advice on this thread. Will review the evidence and make a choice.

      I really wonder if this has to do with the built in VPN or "private DNS" of browsers that trip up legal requirements like cookie consent and Cloudflare (to avoid all the botnet attacks we get). And BTW some botnets still manage to get past Cloudflare, we are constantly having to tweak it to block malicious traffic that ultimately cause a DDoS.
