They are the "5imple" set that comes with Windowblinds 5. I extracted the toolbar graphics for that theme, and made it into a Y'z Toolbar theme as well as modifying classic.jar for Firefox. I actually just lost the file by applying the autoupdate that just came down. :crazy So I'll have to remake that now

I'm not sure who created the icons or the ramifications of releasing the bmps here
