Neowin Exclusive Interview with Pete Hines

Recommended Posts

Well see, normally our guy only takes a day or two to edit the audio so we can post it. He's never taken this long.

But as long as he edits it and we post it, who cares right?!

Lots of people care. If we didn't care we wouldn't be refreshing your site every 10 minutes. Hopefully you guys are just slow and aren't holding it back to increase traffic on your site...

Yay, 5 of my questions where in it. :woot:

To bad the anser wasnt so good on 4 of them. :pinch:

1) Im really intrested in the pets and Im hoping to have one like the woman in the E3 video (But taking bether care of it). Can us give some info about them? Can I name them? Do they fallow me around? Can I heal them?

I really hoped we would be able to have real pets.

2) Will I be able to make friends with the NPCs in a more advanced way then I could in Morrowind? Will I be able to have some sort of relasionship with them?

I already knew we could not have a girlfriend. That was not what I was talking about.

3) Will there be any CGI FMW in the game?

I was hoping for something since that CGI short intro they did before.

4) Can you give any info about Dragons in the game at all?

Bah, like I was the onlyone wondering. And after all the hinting on Dragons they akt like it was totaly silly.

5) Will the PC and XBox 360 versione be released at the same time? And will the US version and the Europe version be released at the sametime?

Yay! The most importent questions for me. I will get it the same time as the US and PC gamers. :woot:

But he didnt ask one of the most importent ones:

6) I know that levitate wont be in the game as a spell. How will it be in? Will we be able to levitate on the inside of the great cities or will it be forbidden like in Mournhold?

I like the "nerd" coment on the ones playing with the face gen.

Nothing big but still we got alot of small stuff that was really cool. To bad Todd came. He seamed to hinder Pete from talking.

It's been posted on http://ve3d.ign.com and also http://digg.com/gaming/Poweruser.tv_-_Neoc...hesda_Interview it's been digged by yours truly.

Hopefully it'll be posted on Bluesnews and Actiontrip and Slashdot later also.

:)

    • Yes, THIS is wordart, not the styling that can now be done. Wordart was all about those curvy words, that you could change the path of, like making words go around a circle. I don't think it can be done now, right?
    • Just saw a news report of a Waymo driving into a flooded road.
    • Password Safe 3.72.0 by Razvan Serea Password Safe is a password database utility. Like many other such products, commercial and otherwise, it stores your passwords in an encrypted file, allowing you to remember only one password (the "safe combination"), instead of all the username/password combinations that you use. Once stored, your user names and passwords are just a few clicks away. Using Password Safe you can organize your passwords using your own customizable references—for example, by user ID, category, web site, or location. You can choose to store all your passwords in a single encrypted master password list (an encrypted password database), or use multiple databases to further organize your passwords (work and home, for example). And with its intuitive interface you will be up and running in minutes. PasswordSafe was originally designed by the renowned security technologist Bruce Schneier and released as a free utility application. Password Safe 3.72.0 changelog: Fixed bugs Improved font scale handling - should resolve font size issues on high resolution displays. GH1749 In the Master Password Setup window, "Show Master Password" is no longer truncated on some displays. New features GH1196 Dark display mode support: Password Safe now supports the system display mode, as well as setting the mode directly via Manage->Options->Display->Display Mode. This change also updates the general "look & feel" of the app to the current Windows theme. Known limitations: The Date picker and keyboard shortcut controls do not switch to dark theme The Customize Toolbar dialog does not switch to dark theme Custom Field support has been added to the more advanced features: Filters XML and Text import and export Comparison, Sync and Merge databases SF938 Custom field values may now be selected by name and copied via a "Copy Custom Field Value..." submenu in the entry context popup menu. • I've got a SoundBlasterX G6 that I use in my streaming setup. Sounds great to me and I've had zero issues with the ancient software package so far in Win11. That G6 has 7.1, Dolby, fully working SPDIF and since it's a USB device it's outside of my rig so I don't have to worry about EMF distortion. Looks like for now this is a pass for me as I think I have better hardware....
