Firefox - Can't Remove Proxy

hello all, i was using a proxy but now i don't want to. i removed it from the setting in tools - options and then restarted firefox BUT when firefox reopens the proxy is still there Sad any ideas would be great :D

Type about:config in the address bar and in the search box at the top of this page, type proxy. There should be one thing bolded: network.proxy.no_proxies_on user set string localhost

Try double clicking that and making sure it is set to localhost
