So, how to you set this up? Do I just put the folder in the iTunes folder?

So you need to have the latest version of iTunes ( 6.0.2.23 ) installed and then install the Multiplugin. After that open the zip file that you have downloaded and place it here : c:\Program Files\iTunes\Skins\

Launch iTunes and go in the options , click on multi-plugin and then choos first of all "keep the buttons on the right side" then choose the skin and push on OK
