3com wireless building bridge problem, a bit urgen

hi, my office have 1 pair of 3com wireless building to building bridge connecting 2 offices, but recently it starting acting wierd, the security setting at building B antena transmitter will wipe off after sometime, but the transmitter at office A stays, and i can't ping the transmitter B at all until i restarted it, and all the security setting gone, and i need to set it back, i suspect it was the transmitter problem, and i switch between A and B, when A is in office B, the problem happen after 3 days using it, i suspect there must be a virus running in the network that has change the setting or hackers outside has access to my office network, or is it because of the hardware problem? do you guys have any idea?

this problem will be a bit urgent, could anyone help me here? thanks a lot

p/s: the trasmitter is about 3 years old
