Not sure if I?m right, but I think that the registration is stopping most people from using it. Also you should give a title to the page instead of the default ?Untitled Document?

Yeah, that's part of it. There are a zillion of these things out there, and plenty of them don't require any kind of registration. Most people rather not register if they don't have to.

I suggest that maybe you look around at other free image hosting services and take a few notes on what they do. For example, one thing I might advise would be to havoptionon of registering, but not making it required. Maybe have registration allow something more than what the anonymous user gets, but you'll get a lot more use if you don't require registration for everybody.

ok now guests can upload images as well without registering!

the reason everything looks a bit shoty right now is because im still working on the system. im slowly working on the design side of it as well. although neither are top notch skills of mine so it might be slow.

You still have that ?Untitled Document? problem that Lare2 was talking about, so I'd suggest taking the 5 seconds to fix that.

It may sound silly, but something as minimal as that might turn away some people. It is just rather unprofessional.

Ok sorry for that. There are loads of things I need to change and add so thanks for your help. I dont expect this thing to take off and be uber cool and popular as i know there are hundreds of these sites around. its more of a project for myself and something to do. it will stay online and if people choose to use it cool, if not fair enough. :)

That's probably the right kind of attitude to have about something like this. The point of this should be to give you a chance to learn how to set this kind of thing up. If it becomes popular, then cool. If not, then too bad but it's not a huge problem.

Anyways, good luck, it seems to be coming along.

Upitfree: Upitfree.com is perfect for family photos, eBay, forums, blogs and even MySpace!

You: SUPANODE is perfect for family photos, eBay, forums, blogs and even MySpace!

Come up with your own phrase maybe?

The colour scheme is nice, but I would suggest putting a place for guests to upload on the main page.

Exactly how are you verifying that these photos have no copyright? Aren't you affraid of user A opening an account, stealing hundreds of copyright images then givin user B - Z his account info and now you're responsible for hosting and distributing Copyrighted material?

    • The site is pretty sparse on features / tech specs. Can I plug it into a PC/hone/Switch via USB-C and use it as an external display? If so, what's the virtual resolution of the screen, the refresh rate, PPI of the image etc? Is the text crisp enough to use for coding at say 12pt? Is it good enough for playing dark games, like say Path of Exile 2? How about fast games like car racing games? Just how do they expect anyone to order this thing without giving out all this info?
