Connect RAZR V3?

I am getting the Black Motorola RAZR V3 tomorrow. I would love to download MP3/MIDI files to it to set as ringtones. What kind of connection/software do I need? Cheaper is better!

You need Motorola Phone Tools, and a USB cable that is used by half the digital cameras sold now.

The RAZR is also easily hackable, and I have the site that explains it, but it's currently down :(

mobiledit is also another program.. i think they have a free version..

if you dont' want to pay.. i have some other programs that are free.. but they're just not as "nice looking" as MPT or Mobiledit..

Mobile Phone Tools is great program. Depending on who your provider is, you may have to unlock your phone. My buddy has a V710 through Verizon and I couldn't put anything on or take anything from his phone. My phone is through Cellular One and I have open access.

Also depends on the phone. I have the Razr v3c and it allows me to put files on it.

Forgot to note, I used both a V555 and Razor V3 (standard version?) and they both work flawlessly.

Mobile phone toold is the app although you can try 3rd party tools like p2k tools or p2kcommander to remove locked files that the Motorola software wont let you touch. You can save a fair amnount of space by removing the included motorola promotional video for which some retarded reason they dont let you remove. Can also delete the included wallpapers since 75% arent any good anyway.

USB Cable is included.
