Need Basic mySQL Help

Right, here's the deal.

I have a table. There are entries in this table. They are peoples names on a shift list. Another person isn't allowed to see another persons shift.

I want it so that I can type in "ruth.htm" and it will display all the shifts for Ruth - "mary.htm" will display all the passwords for Mary, etc.

Now heres the tricky part - to do this there needs to be a mySQL database - of which I have absolutely no idea how to construct. I'm assuming it will be relatively simple.

Then last but not least - As the admin, I would like to type in "admin.htm" and it would display everyones shift.

In the pic is examples of what i would like, but in HTML.

You are going to need a programming language (PHP) to interact with mysql. By the sounds of it you don't have one, so i have a couple of suggestions: Check http://www.hotscripts.com for existing scripts that will do what you need; ask around if anyone is willing to write one from scratch for free; pm me for a price :)
