linux, realplayer, and firefox

Hello all. I have RealPlayer installed and working fine, however, when I go to a site with a streaming rm file in Firefox, the Helix player loads and gives me an error saying it can't play the rm file. How do I make RealPlayer load instead of Helix? I'm sure it's something simple I'm just missing, so any help is appreciated.

remove helix? that's what i've always done and it's worked.

I've never actually removed software on Linux... How do I go about uninstalling Helix?

Ok, well, I got it uninstalled and now the movie loads, but I don't have sound. I know when I play the file straight from my computer I have sound. What could the problem be now?
