Breaking News:

Carolina has signed free agent wide receiver Keyshawn Johnson. A three-time Pro Bowl choice, Johnson has totaled 744 catches, which ranks 20th all-time in NFL history, for 9,756 yards and 60 touchdowns in 151 games with 148 starts in 10 NFL seasons with the New York Jets, Tampa Bay and Dallas. He has caught a pass in all 151 games he has played and has compiled 21 career 100-yard receiving outings

He was definately set on being a Panther, and Steve Smith was a big part of him making the decision it looks like

And Decent? definately smack talk from a Falcons fan heheh :p Now that Stephen Davis is gone, and we have a new center, Deshawn can really shine. Who will be his backup is the question tho. I vote Nick Goings.

Originally the top overall selection in the 1996 NFL Draft, Johnson spent the first four years of his career with the New York Jets, where he played for current Panthers offensive coordinator Dan Henning from 1998-1999. He earned trips to the Pro Bowl following both seasons with 83 catches for 1,131 yards and career-high 10 touchdowns in 1998 and 89 receptions for 1,170 yards and eight touchdowns in 1999.
