azuranz
Just wondering if anyones come across a program that lets you say specify button X on your keyboard to actually execute CTRL + ALT + X for example. Basically I downloaeded an addon for itunes (windows) called ItunesKeys. Lets you assign global hotkeys to itunes functions. ie. CTRL + ALT + Q for play/pause - http://www.mattberube.com/software/ituneskeys/ -- Now all I need to do is assign my multimedia keyboards Play button to this global hot key - CTRL+ALT+Q (-- It's a relatively generic keyboard so it didn't have software that might do this) Searched google heaps already. None of the programs so far have done it. Anyone know of a program that can? yudi_lks
I don't think it would be practical.. Just imagine that you asign button 'A' to execute CTRL + ALT + X, then how if you want to really type 'A'? You want to type CTRL +Alt + A to simply type 'A'? azuranz
Aquaris Soft HotkeyPro. Assign one key to a series of keys and heaps other possible things too like maybe a file etc. Assigned my keyboard multimedia buttons play pause stop next back to a series of hotkeys. I then setup ituneskeys to link those hotkeys to the functions. Works perfectly. Cause i'm the man.
