Their just giant :p when u playing games u dont fall off the mat its great plus my pc is broke the now so its good to keep my ibook on it

Yes it is, It looks great but there are some draw-backs.

More mouse movement, you have move your head when you're lookin for something on the screen... stuff like that

Make sure you have a card that can support that before you get one of those monitors... That will save you running it at 1024 * 768 for the first few days until the new card that can run it arrives (my experience)

I would do it but I move my computer to uni and back every few months so its not worth it. When I finish uni next year then I will do it... maybe! thanks for the info though!

Since people asked, the screen is very good. Compared to the 2405FPW, the maximum brightness is noticably lower (but it doesn't really matter since both screens are way too bright by default) and the contrast seems to be a bit lower too, but the colours look more vibrant and accurate. Definitely a good buy. The screen real-estate is amazing and it has a lower dot pitch so it doesn't have the "too big" effect that the 2405FPW had. The viewing angle is better up/down but slightly worse left/right. The only thing I don't like about it is that mine's broken... When displaying solid black, there are numerous off-black verticle lines, there's backlight bleeding on the right, and there's a starfield of stuck pixels that only show up on very dark images (like the verticle lines).

Love the monitor!

Hello. well not that much really. Currently im getting with the windows opened behind me;

CPU 32-34C Idle

CHIPSET 29-31C Idle

GFX 35-37C Idle

It does get hotter when gaming, the most i've had with this setup is around 40-44C so i dont know if that is considered very good. i have specs in my sig btw ;)

More pics added, ill show the inside the case sometime later and thats my air cooling fan which my dad brought me as my room gets the hottest in the whole house!

Ive been toying with the idea of selling my 3 x 2001fp monitors and getign a 3007fpw,

they look really nice and I bet they are amazing for gaming, I would miss multiple displays though.

I saw that lamp at my local IKEA the other day. That thing is HUGE and will most likely take up a lot of space on peoples desks.
