I'm using a modded Candybar template.

But the un-modded Candybar fits the theme well to.

I dont know if I'm going to ask for permission and release the template.

Unless you guys want me to do that ofcourse ;)

This makes me want to switch back from Trillian to Miranda

Looks good :)

There is always This for Trillian. I've modded a few files to keep the protocols original icons.

I've never quite understood miranda, I seem to get almost there, and then something else confuses me :(

I really like those new group images, keep up the good work. I am having one issue though with this, hopefully someone can help me out. My group names do not align properly. I have posted a screenshot to show what I mean. Anyone have any suggestions on how i could fix it?

Go to Options->Contact List->Row Items and under "Row" tab adjust the left margin.

Thanks, I'll reupload the file today with the new images. :)

@lignicolos: Go to the list options as well to change the "Indent groups by:" value to 0.

And what cheazles said, change that to 5.

And change the minimum row height to 14.

Awesome, thanks for the help. It looks great now! One last question, Is there a way to make the red X close button minimize to the tray in the same way the _ button does? I've been so used to the classic contact list just minimizing when you hit that X, that i keep accidently closing miranda.

If I made it that way then the _ button would be uselles now wouldn't it :p

Very true. I didn't know if there was an option in Miranda to make it automatically minimize to the tray always. I didn't consider that it would be skin based. Regardless, it's a small thing i'll have to adjust to in order to use this nice theme. Thanks again :)

File has been reuploaded with this update:

Updates 3:

- Changed the group images.

Awesome, I love the new group images. And thanks for the offer for the personal version, but if you made one for me, other people would start asking you for them too. Better to just not have to deal with that altogether. Thanks though. :)

    • Yes for me, I installed 'old calculator' (Windows 7 calculator) in its place since it is more useful to me. I think paint is the only one I left installed
    • eh I'll wait for the June 2026 MVS ISO downloads which should be coming out next Tuesday June 16 and possibly contain build 8655 instead of 8653
