looking for an internet anonymizer, anyone know of a good one?

On top of that, does anyone use fedora core, and have used "NETWORK TOOLS" it has port scan, dns lookup etc all built in one, can anyone tell me if i can get it for windows or if theres a similar program(prefer free)

ummm.....sketchy sketchy..:) steganos makes a good and easy anonymizer. There are tons of other proxy tools out there if you want to use something more technical.

IMHO, anonymizers are total bull****, and they slow down your internet connection by lots by chaining proxies. You're better off using a single proxy or none at all (your IP address is already anonymous, the only thing they know is your ISP and your region, or in my case, my province). Only your ISP knows who you are at any given time (because they know which IPs they assign to whatever username). Besides, your IP changes. For a good port scanner, try nmap, I think there's a Windows port floating around.

By minimal bloat, I assume you mean command line (which is what nmap is all about, even though there is a Windows GUI for it).
