The China Times, who broke the 17" iMac story, are now reporting that Q-Run Technology has secured orders from Apple for 17- and 19-inch LCD iMacs.

"Q-Run is currently on a test run for iMac, but delivery is due to begin from October... Monthly shipment is expected to exceed 10,000 iMac desktops in the initial stage [and] the PCs will be equipped with LCD panels provided by Samsung."

hmm, nice, but I don't want to imagine how expensive it is :o

man, that would be unreal. i finally got to use a new iMac for an extended period of time last week, and it was so awesome. except it was runnnig os9.

Wow, I'm not even sure that handle can support the weight of the 19". Who knows, soon it'll be as big as it's 22" Cinema displays. Now that's nice!

i wouldnt worry too much about price. the 17" is basically a steal when you compare it to prices of other macs and what it offers.

im not suprised that a 19" imac will come out, it was just a matter of time, remember all the rumors of a 17" imac...n now its here :D
