the wall, is just a mod of Kol's Blu wallpaper, all i did was blend a layer in it, with a dark blue color :)

as for the startbutton...Kol's thallos VS has it ;) also recolored :)

make a layer over it, in this color : (4,61,86)

play around a bit with the blend options to get the effect that you desire...

and there are also a lot of photoshop tutorials on internet ;)

It's not, that is not a DX9 compatible card. Which is 1 of the requirements for Vista Glass functionality.

Also you can see that the taskbar isn't transparent as it would be if he had Glass activated. :)
