Found the "Turn off computer" screen files in shell32.dll.

Know that this is a vital file but still change the files(replace the resources)

Rebooted and found out that I had got myself in one big trouble.

Restored the original shell32.dll.

And I advise all not to tweak this file unless you have an expert guidence(spelling?).

they aren in msgina.dll (logoff) shell32.dll (shutdown)

to install use reshacker to replace to bitmap numbers as in file name in i think they are 14352-3 (256 color) background and flag and 14354-5(higher color) of the background and flag, and 12356 for buttons. for all of them they are the same for both except buttons, i'll post mien which is a modded veriosn of one Honz made a while back (With the penguin and pci card), i'll put it up if honz says it is ok
