[PASTED FROM POST ON MY SITE]

I ported the GoneDark and GoneDark Polarized message style for Adium. It's been awhile since my last release, so here it is folks. Enjoy! Please read the readme. I'd post a longer post, but I have an exam tomorrow. Almost completed high school laughing

I will mirror this at the Miranda addons page tomorrow. I require resting for my examination tomorrow. Have fun. Should be no bugs. If there are, please comment this post. Finally, I hope you guys like it (I do appreciate comments of encouragement and compliment too of course!).

(i am tired from studying, not much effort to post a giant post. bugs, etc reply here or comment on my page. thanks! and enjoy)

EDIT: LINK BUG FIXED (fix finally uploaded, more accurately speaking :p ). Please download from alternative download link. Would also be nice if anyone has any suggestions for free RELIABLE hosting so I can simply host all my IEView templates on one central location...

You need to select your outgoing font here: Message Sessions > Fonts and colors > Message Input Area

Tell me if that fixed your problem :)

I'm sure it worked :p

I'm actually trying to change the font that the recipient of my messages will see. The ">> Outgoing Messages" font. I have it set to be Georgia size 8, but that is not showing up. Here's my version info if that helps any.

    • One reason it might be running hotter is dust build up within the cooling or perhaps the paste has dried out. You could always try repasting your old GPU and cleaning the cooler. Your experience in Linux will be much better with an AMD GPU; the performance in gaming is much closer to Windows than nVidia would be. I personally think on Windows, AMD drivers are junk.
    • I reviewed it back in March, but I didn't have a 5070 at the time https://www.neowin.net/reviews/amd-rx-9070-review-vs-rtx-5070-4070-and-rx-9070-xt-7800-xt--just-good-enough/ When I reviewed the 9070 I did have a 5070 to compare it against, so the scores are there for the 9070 XT. it outperforms the 5070 in raster, and is barely neck and neck in Ray Tracing. So it's better than a 5070 in everything but Ray Tracing where it is neck and neck, or just under. To be honest, the uplift from 3080 when it was new to the 9070 XT is not as great a step up. If you can find a used 4080 Super for around the same money, you would probably be better off, but if you only want to buy new then the 16GB 9070 XT is the best value for money in its category.
    • I really hope the author's health is ok. Squirreling away a official backup of this software. Looks like the internet archive already cached a copy as well - https://web.archive.org/web/20...ldbit-soft.fi/software.html
    • AMD is supported out of the box in linux because of their open source driver. Nvidia does not. All my systems are amd and all of them work nicely on linux arch without doing anything.
    • Never had a problem with TPM and started using that many years ago in Win10. Through several motherboards and OS versions, it just does what it does without complaint. My games library doesn't even know it's there. Secure boot does a lot more than support anti-cheat, as it came along long before anti-cheat software. I've used it religiously since before I started using TPM, and I always liked it for being able to nullify virus contagions that try their best to come in underneath the firmware during boot, so that the OS doesn't see them, etc. That is its purpose, imo. I'll never understand why people who elect to use another OS feel compelled to run down Windows... I guess they need to do that to feel secure about their choices? I run Windows because it supports all the software (including games) natively that I want to buy, and I've never had to run down another OS to make me feel better about it. (Although it's certainly possible to do that, of course...) Win10 is on a ventilator atm, and Win11 is very close to being free, and I finally got to stop running StartAllBack as I moved to the Experimental/Dev channel and my 26300.8553 build supports the moveable taskbar and it's running fine at the top of the screen! Finally, my last major dislike of Win11 is being rectified! So, I'm not at all surprised to see Win11's share of the Steam survey hitting 70%.
