Wow! Theme + Icons = ? Not trying to jack your style, just want to check them out.

How'd you get Explorer all simple ans changed the icons on the left panel?

Yep, its just Windows Classic with the 'Simple Blue' 3DC theme applied. Icons are Tango for the system, and Pantoni's Elements for the Finder Bar and Recycle Bin.

The Finder Bar was a program I downloaded a while back, google it or try osx-e.com. As for the simplicity of Explorer, I'm using Styler to hide the menu, and the Tango Toolbar theme. Also I've used DColor XP to change the layout of the desktop icons to 'Tile' view...

Cheers!

I'll be honest that screenshot confirms why I love Windows. (for looks anyway..)

So, where do I find the stuff to make Windows Classic look like that? I Google'd it, Neowin searched it, I can't find Simple Blue 3DC. I found the icons but I don't get how to use them, as they don't seem to be the regular icons I'm used to downloading.

Sweet wallpaper dude, always looking for some good dual monitor walls and this is one of the best I've seen.

Great shot all around (Y)

Thanks. My gallery on dA is gathering quite a few dual screen wallpapers, as I make all of my own wallpapers, and I have two widescreen monitors... :) : http://rthaut.deviantart.com/gallery/

    • I know I won't ever be using it to make my game. I'd rather pay humans.
    • Nah. For every indie dev that needs to create code for "stuff" or textures, it's a godsend enabler to possibly tackle a project that you may not otherwise. The end result and testing will tell the truth if everything works or doesn't, or a game is just mediocre slop, but now these tools are now there and it's the developer's duty to judge the outcome, and even more so for pro studios. And you gotta remember that they will be at an early stage.
    • whoosh my comment went over your head. Enjoy your notchless 3:2 OLED device
    • As a game dev, today was really depressing. They announced that Blueprints will be deprecated in UE6 to be fully replaced by their sh**ty Python-like Verse language... They also announced that 5.8 will be the last version of UE5 until UE6 comes out in MID 2029!!!! They have completely lost the plot.
