OK, i have lots of questions.. if someone could please take a bit of time to answer them

Where can i get the background for objectdock that looks like a table..and where is a good place to get good backgrounds like that?

Where can i find the simple cpu and memory meters that i see on some desktops...its just a small vertical bar and a % sign i think (kind of looks like a widescape weather theme, if anyone knows what i mean)?

Where is a good place to get mininal wallpapers like green grass and blue sky etc and/or any good artists that make wallpapers like these (in 1680x1050 aswell, my new LCD is that res)
